Had a meal there last week & really enjoyed the food and service (aircon was a bit hot but they turned it down for us). Reasonable prices too, though the cup of tea was pricey at the end of the meal. Everyone left very happy :)

Living in Frome for the past 2 years and tried Village Spice, Balti Delight and even the Polly takeaway. The curry at Jhalmuri has always been a notch above the rest. The Chef is an absolute dime in a dozzen. Prices vary but maybe slightly more then the others but paying half a sterling more for the quality is never been an issue for me. The interior has been modernised with nice lighting and it is always good to know how Jhalmuri contribute to the community as they have made space in their wall for the Frome Rugby and Football team shirts. Will recommend Jhalmuri to anyone and everyone for a good quality curry. Also Jhalmuri seems to be the biggest Indian we have in Frome with a much larger capacity which makes it feel a bit better to eat in.
Pretty authentic, well presented and very good value especially take away. The attempt at a modern interior is rather cold and could do with better lighting but the service is good and the food, most important, is excellent.
