Neil Howlett of Harris + Harris, Solicitors in Frome, is the new President of Frome Chamber of Commerce.

The outgoing President Martin Short of FDC Law thanked the Chamber Executive Committee and members for their support over the past two years, and noted the Chamber's achievements, which include the very successful Retail Group and working with the Town Council.

New President Neil Howlett said "Martin has given Frome Chamber a springboard from which we can develop, We all have challenges to meet, but I believe there are great opportunities for Frome. With my colleagues on the Executive Committee we will continue working with other organisations to make Frome an even better place to do business, and to spread that message. We look forward to representing existing and new members."

The new Executive Committee is Martin Short, FDC Law, Ian O'Connor, Superior Creative Ltd; Ruth Brooks, Mrs B's Caring Catering; Jude Kelly, Café La Strada; Lorray Harrison, Lloyds TSB; Peter Grayson, Travel Angels and Hilary Daniel.
