Why I like Frome
The mix of old and new, the individual shops and the art and alternative feel to some of the shops and people.
Why I don't like Frome
Parking. Too expensive - should be free, then more people would choose to shop there; shops stay open; council gets more council tax - all are winners. Forget the tiny grant handed out by Government so you have to charge for parking.
