A 10-week course showing how keeping a personal journal is an effective way of managing stress, living life more fully and discovering who we are. We will explore ways of keeping a journal which can make it a deeper and more productive practice, including looking at how poetry and fictional accounts can offer a new angles and perspectives, while learning to avoid some common pitfalls.
