Five week course starting Monday 5 November, 6,30 - 7.45pm.
£31.25 for 5 weeks.
Venue: St John's Church Hall
This will be a class of yoga taught in the Krishnamacharya tradition, allowing students to practise at their own pace and level of ability. Standing, kneeling and lying postures will be utilised to balance strength and flexibility of muscles. In addition we will be exploring the use of the breath, sound and meditation as a means to aid relaxation during the class and beyond, into your daily life.
No prior experience of yoga is needed; beginners are really welcome. Both men and women are encouraged and the classes are suitable for most abilities and ages.
