And to further celebrate ALL Women that women are, Sound Foundation are hosting a variety of FREE talks and activities in which to honour Women. These presentations are in conjunction with the release of a brand new iPhone/iPad Application 'Our Cycles' produced by Natalie Benhayon, an Australian woman who has developed a unique application to support self-care and well-being.
Totally revolutionary in design, simple and practical in its usage, this modern App for the modern person living the modern life, is for both Men and Women of ALL ages. Its core 'message' is assisting the inspiration towards looking after and nurturing oneself. This remarkable App allows users to document, record, track, chart, and be reminded of their daily/weekly/monthly/yearly observations – designed all to allow for a natural body rhythm to re-emerge, to unfold and for this to be supported providing a better understanding and cherishing of one's own natural self (rhythm).
Our Cycles is now available for immediate download from the homepage http://tinyurl.com/becjbrt
