With the government and county councils investing (more than £600M) in increasing broadband speeds significantly because they KNOW that this leads to economic empowerment and gives businesses a competitive edge, it makes me wonder why so many Frome businesses do not make use of internet banking and other "cloud" or "web"- based business solution products.

Maybe the bypass has something to do with it!
