Is anyone else bored of hearing all these horrible 49cc scooters and morons driving around beeping their horns and speeding yet? It's not even summer yet so it will only become worse.

They're a pain, no doubt. I think the police had a crackdown on them a couple of years ago: their silencers are altered and illegal etc., but that was a generation ago in their terms. Perhaps the police should be petitioned to do it again and save us from having our summer ruined.
