The JOKE that is out of hours doctors (or lack of them),few nights ago a relative has massive problems with this call centre in EXETER on the 0845 number,waited 3 hours for a call back that should have taken half an hour,when they did call they got her name wrong,then a nurse practitioner called from BOURNEMOUTH,who then said she would get a GP to ring another 1.5 hours later.apparently 2 gps run the whole of somerset from yeovil hospital during the night.
WAKE UP AND SMELL THE COFFEE frome medical practice,surely we can do better rather than calling in these ambulance trusts from godknows where!!!!!!!!
