Wouldn't it be a great place if there was no letting agents,estate agents,and worst of all CREDIT AGENCIES.

Local papers could have more business advertising places to Rent/buy (conveyancing done through a solicitor,seller shows prospective buyers around the house first).

No more scumming agents over inflating prices on rents and house prices.

Credit decisions made locally at the good old bank manager rather than "computer say's no" cultcher we live in at the moment thanks to these unregulated credit agencies BIG BROTHERS in disguise.
